St Joe/Arvida To Hold Public Meeting On Proposed Road Move

Mr. Billy Buzzett, VP-Strategic Planning, St Joe Company, advised me today that he will be hosting a public meeting at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 25, at Chillis Hall in Lanark Village regarding St Joe's development activities in Franklin County.
Mr. Buzzett said that he plans to start the meeting with a few remarks regarding the proposed relocation of highway 319 associated with the SummerCamp development. Mr. Buzzett stated that he then plans to open the meeting up to questions from the attendees. Mr. Buzzett said that he will be happy to entertain any questions regarding the proposed road move, what is happening with and planned for SummerCamp, St Joe's development plans for St. James Island, or just general questions about St Joe and its development activities.
Mr. Buzzett encouraged Alligator Point residents and property owners to attend this meeting and participate in the questions.
I hope all of you who can will attend this meeting as it is an excellent opportunity to find out what plans St. Joe has for their properties abutting and adjacent to Alligator Harbor and their general development plans for Eastern Franklin County.
