The following statement appeared in the Fall issue of The Pelican Brief, the monthly newsletter put out by the Pelican Bay Marina. I received the newsletter this weekend.

"There are still no definitive plans for the sale of the marina. Yes, there is a contract, but it has it's contingencies. It is set for a final deadline at the end of this month. If it closes you (members) will hear from the St Joe Arvida group. If it does not close, we will notify you of the changes that will occur."
