The Planning and Zoning Board decided at the meeting on Tuesday 10/9 to send the proposed Hidden Harbor Subdivision to the County Commissioners for review on Tuesday Oct 16 at 9:00. It is imperative that we oppose this as a united and informed community. If this development is approved it will negatively impact our lifestyle, our coastal waters, and our property values. There will be a planning meeting to get everyone up to speed on the project on Sunday Oct 14 at 2:00 at the Alligator Point Firehouse. Please try and attend. If you cannot attend, please, make every effort to attend the Commission meeting on Tuesday, 10/16 at 9:00 AM and let them know how you feel about this proposed subdivision.
