At 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, following the APTA meeting, a presentation will be made at the fire house by the local representative for developer J. Don Nichols regarding Mr. Nichols' plans for development of the Old Point Lounge property.
 
This is an excellent opportunity for us to begin a dialogue with the developer on this proposed development prior to his formal submission of an initial development request to Franklin County.  It also provides us with the necessary initial information for us to begin to formulate APTA's formal position regarding the proposed development.

I hope to see you at the APTA meeting at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday and hope that you will be able to stay for this presentation.
